A kickboard is a type of scooter with three wheels, usually two in the front and one in the back, and wide handlebars. The design provides extra stability and is often used by children, but there are also models for adults. Instead of a traditional turning handlebar, a kickboard is often steered by shifting your weight (carving), which gives a surfing or skateboarding-like feel.
